Using Chinese Medicine, somatic nutrition, and behavioural insight, I help you see the bigger picture of what your body is trying to tell you. I will help you trace your symptoms to their root cause and reconnect the dots—so healing becomes clear, personal, and sustainable.
My background
I hold a Health Coaching degree in Integrative Nutrition and am currently completing my Holistic Dietary TherapyCourse in Chinese Medicine.
My own struggles with sugar addiction, emotional and stress eating inspired me to deeply understand health, cravings, and the body from a unified perspective - one that honours thoughts, emotions, physical-wellbeingand the spiritual self.
