Intensive summer training for ages 9–14

 

Location: Willesden  Sports Centre

Designed for competitive young swimmers who are ready to train smart, push boundaries, and elevate their performance.

 

Who it’s for:

Age group: 9–14 years

Swimming level: Must be able to swim all four strokes proficiently

 

Weekly Themes:

·       Day 1: Front crawl technique

·       Day 2: Mastering breaststroke

·       Day 3: Perfecting backstroke

·       Day 4: Butterfly excellence

·       Day 5: Turns, finishes & race strategy

 

Daily schedule:

 

Morning Session – 9:30 AM to 12:15 PM

·       40 min dryland (core & plyometrics)

·       2 hours water training (focus: kick and stroke mechanics)

 

Lunch Break – 12:15 PM to 1:30 PM

·       Willesden  Café (nutritious meals & smoothie menu available)

 

Afternoon Session – 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM

·       30 min fitness test (after 10 days)

·       2 hours water training (stroke focus or race preparation)

Nutrition seminar: “How Athletes Should Eat to Grow and Perform Faster”
